The project will introduce and engage young people in a range of sports development and health and fitness iniatives which will have benefits in improving health amongst young people ,encouraging them to share their skills and energy with other members of their community and developing their employability and confidence through hard skills acquisition and issue based group work Aims.

To get excluded young people more involved in the mainstream of their local community.

  • To increase their enthusiasm for learning through direct involvement in practical projects.
  • To give young people a range of skills and abilities which will provide a springboard for reintroduction into employment and learning
  • To develop sustainability by up skilling of young people and other volunteers who will carry the project forward beyond the life of the NSF support
