Women only yoga![]() Yoga is designed for people of all ages and abilities and is currently offered to women in the Brookhouse area. Yoga works on the entire body . It tones muscles and also works the entire systems within the body (eg. heart, liver nervous system, kidneys etc) so is therefore also a great means of preventing illness and boosting the immunity system. The posture work in yoga is excellent for those who suffer from back pain and inverted postures help improve circulation. Yoga can also help reduce stress by using relaxation techniques. It also helps improve concentration and balance between mind, body and spirit. Sessions take place every Wednesday morning 10.30 -11.30 am at Bangor Street Community Centre with Louise .
