Circuit trainingThe aim of the circuit training is to offer men in the Brookhouse area a physical activity session to suit all abilities. The sessions consists of a a variety of time set exercises which can be done at your own pace. All the exercises are adopted to suit all abilities for a high energy workout or more moderate exercises. Owing to the progression and commitment of the group, some of the men recently completed a 10 km race in Liverpool after participating regularly in the sessions. The men's circuit training sessions are on Tuesday evenings 6.15 - 7.15 pm in the Sport Hall at Bangor Street Community Centre and are led by Ian Roberts of the Recreation and Play Department. Comment:
i give this a 7 because, it breaks it down into detale, and it gives you a goal to set for yourself, and self confindents, and when you do accomplish this goal you should be proud because, you help someone feel good about their self.
