Women’s circuit trainingThe aim of the circuit training is to offer women in the Brookhouse area a physical activity session to suit all abilities. The sessions consist of a variety of time set exercises which incorporate moderate to high intensity exercises. The women's circuit training sessions are on Tuesday evenings 5.00 - 6.00 pm in the Sports Hall at Bangor Street Comunity Centre and are led by Salma Butt.
